Anonymous posting from people 6–12 miles away, with city leaderboards — a feed that feels local instead of global.
The challenge
Social feeds felt global and impersonal, disconnected from a user's real local community.
The solution
React Native apps with Redux state management on a Node.js backend with realtime updates via Socket.io. Infrastructure containerized with Docker and deployed on GCP; the UI followed Atomic Design for component reusability.
